Head of Client Delivery - Project Management

This role has been filled and is here for information purposes only.

Distilled are seeking an experienced project manager to help improve the services offered to our clients. We are a small but ever growing agency with a reputation for excellence. As we grow and expand our offerings to clients it is becoming more and more important to find a rock to build our projects on.

We offer search engine optimisation, pay per click marketing, reputation management and web design to businesses of all sizes. We are in the process of expanding and have recently opened an office in Seattle. We are a young company with a culture of innovation, excellence and fun.

You will have experience managing multiple projects at a time, ranging from small internal projects to client project using resources from multiple teams. You will hate late delivery of projects almost as much as you hate relying on long hours to ensure a project is delivered on time. Above all you will need an eye for detail to ensure you enforce our high standards.

Your background and experience will be in a technical environment. The right candidate will have a good understanding of how the internet works. The role will require a good understanding of the work that needs to be completed in order to help the team prioritise.

The right candidate will be an excellent communicator. You will be confident discussing technical details of projects internally to the members of the team, and externally to clients. When required you will have the confidence of your convictions and will be able to communicate your point of view in a firm but friendly manner. We are searching for someone confident laying down the law when required but that can maintain the culture of enjoying what we do.

You will be someone who never wants to stop learning, and who is always looking for ways to improve the way something is done. Ideally you will have a passion for all things internet, and will have a tendency to grasp new technologies and ideas.

This role will be based full time in our London office. You will be given dual monitors, beer o'clock and a fun, friendly and hardworking environment. We are a young company that is constantly trying to improve the way we do everything. With our expansion to the US this is a great time to get involved.

We are willing to consider any reasonable salary request, however we are anticipating paying between £30,000 and £40,000 for this role.
