Online Sales & Marketing Assistant
Distilled is a boutique online marketing company with a big and ever growing reputation. We have worked with some of the biggest global brands, and are known in the industry as experts in what we do. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at Distilled as a sales and marketing assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for long term growth and to learn from one of the best online marketing teams around. Experience in sales and /or internet marketing is desirable, though not required. We will train you in our sales and client management processes. You must be enthusiastic, prepared to learn and an excellent communicator. You will learn about SEO, PPC marketing, web design and online reputation issues.
This entry level role will be a combination of light admin duties, marketing, and sales support. The right candidate will have a bit of flair, will love the internet, and will have a real passion for learning. As one of the first members of our sales and marketing teams you will have the opportunity to grow your role within Distilled. You will report straight to Caitlin Krumdieck, the Business Development Manager, but you will work with all areas of the business and will be expected to speak directly with clients.
The right person will:
- Have a great attitude and strong phone/customer service skills
- Be organised and efficient with strong administrative skills
- Have very strong written and spoken English
- Have a passion for the internet and its use as a marketing tool
- Be willing to support and fit in with the Distilled team
- Be an independent learner
- Have an ability to demonstrate a real interest in Distilled and growing their role within the company
- Have gumption, enthusiasm, initiative, passion....
We would also love it if you have:
- Presenting/ Meeting Skills (could include university experience)
- Project management skills
- Customer service experience
- A sense of humour
