Ensure that all content on the Pro-tax website is easy to update
The high turnover of information on this website, caused by an ever increasing client list and frequent new job vacancies, meant one of the most important requirements for this website was to allow regular, easy and professional-looking updates.
The Content Manager System we put in place made this possible.
Provide an easy means for users to search for suitable jobs and keep updated
We built a Vacancy Search Program into the website that allows users who are looking for work to easily find out if Pro-tax have a suitable job opportunity for them. The form is simple to fill in and fields are kept to minimum to maximise the number of people willing to take the time to fill the form in.
There are usually many jobs that feature on the results page so we designed a steady scrolling device that could maximise the number shown without compromising on individual visibility. If the user clicks on a particular job, they are referred to a page giving more details.
The CMS means the website always has the most up-to-date list of jobs available for visitors to the Pro-Tax site. People can also use email or RSS feed to subscribe to a personally-customised list of relevant jobs.
Allow the easy promotion of particular job opportunities
Pro-tax wanted the ability to promote specific jobs on their website; we created Featured Jobs- a highly visible space on the homepage that is easy to update with the opportunities Pro-tax would most like to advertise.
Promote a strong brand image and display clear contact details
Company colours have been used strongly on all pages of the site to continue clear branding.
A flashing banner has also been implemented on the home page to emphasis the company has job available across the nation.
Important quotes from directors of Pro-tax feature across the top of the homepage to bring a more human element to the website.
Contact details and a clear map are available on the Contact Us page. The contact details are also on the client page and this repetition of information on this specific page will maximise the number of people contacting Pro-tax directly.
